How WIM handles personal data

Profile contact details, technical sign-in events, service messaging, and listing materials.

Interaction data to surface relevant content and detect unusual activity.

Support requests and any materials you send for case review.

So users can sign in, publish listings, communicate, and manage their account.

To reduce fraud, review suspicious situations, and support moderation work.

To improve the product by understanding where users get stuck or why listings underperform.

Only when needed to run the service, improve safety, provide technical support, or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data as a separate asset and do not share it without a valid operating reason.

If you have questions about a specific request, you can raise it through support contacts.

Connecting social accounts is optional. After your authorization, WIM receives the ID and name of your selected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, username, available profile image, granted permissions, and access tokens.

We use this data to display the connected account, publish listing videos you choose, and show publication status and links. WIM does not request access to Meta messages, comments, or advertising accounts for this feature.

When you publish manually or enable automatic publishing for a listing, WIM sends Meta the video, caption, and selected account ID. Automatic publishing runs after the listing is approved. Published content appears on Facebook or Instagram according to those platforms’ rules and settings.

Our server infrastructure processes data to operate this service. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and communication with Meta uses HTTPS. We do not sell data obtained from Meta.

Connecting TikTok is optional. After your authorization, WIM receives your account ID, profile name and image, granted permissions, and access and refresh tokens. Before publishing, we also retrieve available privacy and interaction settings and the video duration limit.

WIM sends TikTok your selected video without a WIM-added watermark, caption, privacy, interaction and commercial-content settings only after you confirm that specific publication. Listing approval alone does not send a video to TikTok. We store publication status, IDs and an available post link to show the result.

TikTok tokens are stored encrypted and data is transferred over HTTPS. We do not request TikTok private messages, contacts or advertising-account access, and we do not sell the received data. You can disconnect TikTok in WIM settings or revoke access in TikTok. Disconnecting in WIM deletes the connection and tokens; published videos must be managed in TikTok. You can request deletion of remaining data and history using the support email below.

In profile settings, under Social media, you can disable automatic publishing or disconnect an account. Disconnecting deletes the connection and its access tokens from WIM. Connection data is kept while needed for the enabled feature or until you remove the connection.

Publication history, IDs, links, and statuses may remain with the listing after disconnection. Disconnecting WIM does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok; you can manage those posts directly on those services.

Essential technical data supports sign-in, security, and preferences you request. You can separately grant or withdraw optional analytics and marketing permissions through Cookie settings in the footer.

Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing listings. Your cookie choice does not replace agreement to the terms during registration or authorization to connect social accounts.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, including Meta and TikTok data and publication history stored in WIM, email info@wim.com.ua from your WIM account email. Identify the account and the data covered by your request. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify ownership to protect the account.

You can also revoke WIM access in Facebook or Instagram settings. When Meta sends us a verified connection-deletion request, WIM removes the matching active connection and tokens and returns a status link. For deletion of other WIM data, contact the address above.
